Having a career in admin, project management and finance broking, Jo makes sure that the process and procedures within the business are as efficient as possible to make sure the delivery of our service remains as smooth as possible.

Stephen is a commercial + residential broker and started in the finance industry in 1991. Stephen has a wealth of experience to draw from and loves to help new home buyers, investors and business owners all find answers to the diverse questions that are raised. A country boy at heart, Stephen has called the Hunter Valley home since 2003.

Lesley puts a huge effort in to ensure that the loan process runs efficiently for you from options to settlement. Lesley joined Coffee Finance in 2015 with an impressive twenty-one year banking career with St George, and a further six years as a senior loans assessor with State Custodians. Lesley is always happy to help and has an amazing wealth of knowledge and experience with lending guidelines and process.

As client support Amelia manages the processing of loans from lodgment to settlement to ensure a swift and smooth approval and settlement. Amelia joined Coffee Finance in 2012 after working with a Newcastle brokerage.

As our admin support you will probably speak with Karel when you call our office. Karel joined coffee finance in 2009 and aside from helping out around the office, he may even be the happy face at the end of your settlement giving you a housewarming gift. Karel is always happy to take your call. And yep, Karel is Laurie’s dad.
